In order to keep the site as user friendly as possible it would be appreciated if the users would post their thoughts on the site in this message board. Let us know:
If you have thoughts on the colour/layout of the site
If you have a new section you would like incorporated into the site
Any problems you have experienced
Anything else you think relevant

I suggest advertising the site more to encourage more users and more frequent visits.

You could have an option in the menu stating where, when and how often the club meetings are held.
Let people know how they can join the club, and how they can share the same info and interests on-line. Include a privacy statement telling how only the data volunteered will be used and not shared with outside parties.
Could people enter on-line and print forms for upcoming events?
